Anonymous chat
- You can ask questions before creating an account.
- Anonymous use has soft and hard daily message limits to keep the product fair and affordable.
- When you hit a limit, Chat invites you to sign up or log in.
After signup or login
- You’re returned to Chat and anonymous conversations can migrate into your account history.
- The same Klyrr account works across klyrr.ca, app.klyrr.ca, and chat.klyrr.ca (shared session cookie).
Privacy mindset
- Don’t paste passwords, full card numbers, or SIN into chat.
- Treat answers as educational guidance — verify important numbers with CRA / Revenu Québec / your institution.
Tip: If you already have a Klyrr account, use Log in from the Chat menu so history stays with you.
