Budgets are built from what’s in your Klyrr file, not from a live bank balance. Missing receipts, wrong categories, or excluded items will shift the totals.

Sync or import recent activity, then scan for miscategorized purchases and transfers that shouldn’t count as spending.

Once categories are clean, budgets usually line up with how you expect to track each group.
